Our fixed fees include the incorporation of the company, company registration, and provision of nominee shareholders, directors, secretary, registered office, Government license fees (if any) and a full set of the company documents (Memorandum & Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation and Certificate of Incumbency issued by the Secretary of the company.
